Ethical Principles of the Journal Ethical principles of publication and examples of abuse in publishing The ethical policies of this journal are based on the principles of the International Committee on Publishing Ethics (Cope) and the observance of the ethical charter of the publications of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. This charter sets out the publication's policies to ensure the ethical conduct of all participants in the process. Authors, judges, academic secretaries and editors must adhere to these ethical principles when working with this publication. Duties and responsibilities of publisher, editor, scientific secretaries, judges, authors Publisher Duties and Responsibilities: This publication undertakes that the decisions made in relation to the copies submitted are based solely on expert and professional judgments and are far from personal interests. This publication is committed to preserving academic and research records. This publication monitors the observance of ethical principles by the editor and scientific secretaries, the editorial board, and the judges. This publication is constantly analyzing articles in terms of plagiarism, fraud and possible misconduct. This publication will make necessary corrections, explanations, and withdrawals when needed. This publication will deal with any misuse. Duties and responsibilities of scientific editors and teachers: The scientific editors of this journal must keep the copies confidential until publication. The editor, academic secretaries and judges make the decisions regarding the publication or non-publication of a copy. The scientific secretaries of this journal must maintain the anonymous principle of the judges. The scientific editors of this journal must avoid conflicts of interest. The scientific editors of this journal are required to observe scientific protection and try to meet the scientific needs of their readers. The scientific editors of this journal should identify plagiarism, fraud, and possible scams, and provide corrections, explanations, and withdrawals and apologies as needed. The scientific editors of this journal should focus their attention only on rational content. The scientific editors of this journal should not disclose copy information to persons other than authors, responsible authors and judges. Unpublished copies will not be used by scientific professors or other members for personal purposes. Duties and responsibilities of the judges: The reviewers of this journal should work with scientific professors to decide on the publication of submitted copies. The judges invited to this publication must try to keep the copies submitted confidential. Referees must submit their opinions to the scientific supervisors in order to decide whether or not to publish a copy. Peer judges are required to maintain confidentiality of copies submitted and not to use their information for personal purposes. The judges' opinions regarding the submitted copies should be technical and specialized. Arbitrators should not judge copies in which there is a conflict of interest with one of the authors, companies, or institutions. Judges must disclose conflicts of interest. Duties and responsibilities of the authors: Copies must be spelled correctly and in appropriate terms. Copies should not be published elsewhere (except as an abstract or part of a lecture, review article, or dissertation) or reviewed by another publication. The responsible author must ensure the consent of the other co-authors. Another responsibility of the authors is to ensure and obtain the permission of the institution to which the submitted copy relates. One of the conditions for sending a copy is that the authors allow it to be edited for greater readability. The authors are expected to summarize the sponsor to implement and prepare the research process. The Moral Commitment Form must be signed by the authors. In open access journals, authors own the article, but also allow the public to download, print, and distribute their article. All authors of a copy must agree that the author responsible for the subsequent revision process after sending the copy. When the author or authors see a copy of a significant error in their work, they should immediately notify the scientific secretary of the journal to correct it. Because plagiarism is a serious and immoral mistake, all authors should be aware that copies sent to this publication may be analyzed by plagiarism software. All authors should study the process of submitting a copy to this publication. Examples of violations of publishing ethics by the authors: Plagiarism: Plagiarism means the intentional use of another person's articles or ideas in one's own name. Even using another person's sentence or previous sentences without mentioning the source is considered theft. All copies submitted to this publication are reviewed by plagiarism software. Data fabrication and distortion: Data fabrication is when the researcher has not done a study in practice but presents data and conclusions. Distortion also occurs when conducting research but altering data and results. Simultaneous submission: When a copy is sent to two publications. Duplicate submission: Occurs when two or more articles have the same assumptions, data, and results. Duplicate submission: means dividing a study into multiple articles and submitting them. Incorrect sharing by another author: All authors listed in the article should contribute to it.
