Therefore, to study the development of each sector, it is necessary to consider its various dimensions. On the other hand, in order to accurately plan and effectively implement policies, it is necessary to pay attention to its evaluation at the partial and provincial levels, instead of examining the extent of development in general and at the national level. Therefore، This paper used numerical taxonomy and SPSS and Excel softwares to evaluate the degree of development of the provinces of Iran. It also examined the existence of a core-periphery model to determine the process of inequality change between central and border provinces with the help of 25 indexes for the years 2006, 2011 and 2016. Results confirmed the model of the core-periphery; central provinces such as Tehran, Isfahan, Yazd have had the highest level of development and border provinces such as Sistan Baluchestan, Hormozgan, and Kurdistan were at a low level of development. Also, considering the inequality index, inequality between central provinces was more than the inequality between border provinces. In addition, during the years 2006 to 2016, the level of development and inequality in the provinces of the country had been decreasing.}, keywords = {Development level,core-periphery model,Inequality}, title_fa = {مقایسه تطبیقی روند توسعه و میزان نابرابری استان‌های کشور طی سه مقطع 1385، 1390 و 1395: رویکرد مرکز-پیرامون}, abstract_fa = {توسعه صرفاً یک پدیده اقتصادی نیست بلکه جنبه‌های مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی را در برمی‌گیرد. بنابراین برای مطالعه میزان توسعه هر بخشی، لازم است ابعاد مختلف آن در نظر گرفته شود. از طرفی، به‌منظور برنامه‌ریزی دقیق‌تر و اجرای کارآمدتر سیاست‌ها لازم است بجای بررسی میزان توسعه به‌صورت کلی و در سطح کشوری، به ارزیابی آن در سطح جزئی و استانی توجه داشته باشیم. براین اساس، این مقاله با به‌کارگیری روش تاکسونومی عددی و استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و excel به ارزیابی درجه توسعه‌یافتگی استان‌های کشور و همچنین به بررسی وجود الگوی مرکز-پیرامون و روند تغییرات نابرابری بین استان‌های مرکزی و مرزی با استفاده از 25 شاخص برای سه سال 1385، 1390 و 1395 پرداخته است. نتایج حاکی از تأیید الگوی مرکز-پیرامون است؛ استان‌های مرکزی مانند تهران، اصفهان، یزد دارای بیشترین سطح توسعه و استان‌های مرزی مانند سیستان و بلوچستان، هرمزگان، کردستان در سطح پایین‌تر توسعه قرار دارند. همچنین با توجه به بررسی شاخص نابرابری، میزان نابرابری بین استان‌های مرکزی نسبت به هم بیشتر از میزان نابرابری بین استان‌های مرزی با یکدیگر است. از طرفی طی سال‌های 1385 تا 1395 سطح توسعه و همچنین میزان نابرابری در استان‌های کشور روند کاهشی داشته است.}, keywords_fa = {سطح توسعه,الگوی مرکز پیرامون,نابرابری}, url = {https://aes.basu.ac.ir/article_3457.html}, eprint = {https://aes.basu.ac.ir/article_3457_bac447315f7344f78aff6e9df6ce5dbe.pdf} }
