Explaining of the process and channels of the influence of different types of institutions on the trade between the countries and quantifying of the Impact of Institutions on international trade, on the basis of scientific methods, has a particular importance, which has been studied in this paper. In this study, the effect of economic freedom and good governance institutions, as second and third levels of institutional analysis from the Oliver Williamson social analysis fourth levels theory, on the trade between a group of leading Asian countries in knowledge-based economy, using the gravity model and the method of panel data at 2005-2014 has been investigated. According to the results of the research, institutions are influential on trade and affect through important channels, such as competition and competitive advantage, human capital, productivity and transaction costs, on the between countries trade. The estimated model's shows that the effect of good governance and economic freedom on  the trade between the countries has been positive and significant. According to the results of the estimated model's, 1 percent increase in economic freedom index in the exporting and importing countries, their trading value has increased by 3.78 percent and 3.49 percent respectively. The trading value of the exporting countries, has increased by 0.933 percent, as a result of  1 percent increase in good governance, as well.}, keywords = {Institutional,Trade,Panel Data,Knowledge Based Economy}, title_fa = {نهادها، پیش نیاز تجارت در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان}, abstract_fa = {ایجاد، توسعه و تقویت نهادها، بر تجارت بین الملل تأثیرگذار است و از پیش نیازهای آن می باشد. تبیین فرآیند و کانال‌های اثرگذاری انواع نهادها بر تجارت بین کشورها و کمی سازی آن بر اساس روش های علمی، از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است که در این پژوهش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله، اثر نهادهای آزادی اقتصادی و حکمرانی خوب به عنوان سطوح دوم و سوم تحلیل نهادی از نظریه چهار سطح تحلیل اجتماعی اولیور ویلیامسون، بر تجارت بین تعدادی از کشورهای آسیایی پیشرو در حوزه اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، با بکارگیری مدل جاذبه و روش داده‌های تابلویی، با استفاده از آمار و اطلاعات دوره 2005 تا 2014 بررسی‌ شده است. براساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، نهادها در تجارت بین کشورها اثرگذار بوده و از طریق کانال‌ها و مجراهای مهمی چون رقابت، مزیت رقابتی، سرمایه انسانی، بهره‌وری و هزینه مبادله؛ تجارت بین آنها را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. برآورد مدل­ها نشان داد که تأثیر شاخص­های حکمرانی خوب و آزادی اقتصادی بر تجارت بین کشورها مثبت و معنی‌دار بوده است. بر اساس نتایج مدل های برآورد شده، افزایش یک‌ درصدی در شاخص آزادی اقتصادی در کشورهای صادرکننده و واردکننده میزان تجارت آنها را به‌ ترتیب به میزان 78/3 و 49/3 درصد افزایش داده است. همچنین، با افزایش یک‌ درصدی در شاخص حکمرانی خوب برای کشورهای صادرکننده، تجارت آنها 933/0 درصد افزایش یافته است. تأیید تأثیرگذاری مثبت نهادها بر تجارت بین کشورها، بیانگر آن است که ایجاد، توسعه و تقویت نهادها؛ جهت توسعه تجارت بین این کشورها،  امری ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {نهاد,تجارت,داده‌های تابلویی,اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان}, url = {https://aes.basu.ac.ir/article_2811.html}, eprint = {https://aes.basu.ac.ir/article_2811_476969ee780eb9a8e05b6d26090a1725.pdf} }
